Improve your memory. Go outside

Want to improve your memory and attention span? Step outside. Dr March Berman of University of Michigan in the USA found that interacting with nature can improve memory and attention spans. Walking along the beach, in a park or even looking at picture of natures over a one-hour period saw subjects’ attention spans improved by 20 percent.

Another option is working in the garden. After doing some gardening work, I found myself mentally refreshed. A great way to rejuvernate the mind and enjoy a great looking garden
