Do you ever have problems deciding between using the arch lever or filing cabinet when it comes to filing your documents? Well here’s a tip to help you decide. Firstly I’m a fan of the BIN system better, but for those things you really need to keep, there is one question that quickly sorts one type of user from the other; are you a chucker or a sorter? If you are chucker, the filing system is the answer, put all your efforts into clever, colour labels and your paper will magically find it resting place. For the sorters, the committed sorters, the type who can get their hands on the paper punch and will sort on a weekly basis, then the lever arch will work. Again, colour and labeling make things so much easier when it comes to filing and finding.
